    Warranty

    Polmex offers a 2 years warranty on all of its products purchased from our on line Store (with proof of purchase) effective from the date of purchase. We will offer you a replacement and cover cost of shipping it to you, or at our discretion offer you a refund should our product happen to be defective in material and workmanship. Please note that in order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used for its intended purpose. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. We reserve the right under this warranty to inspect damaged product and the cost of shipping it to Polmex for inspection shall be borne by the purchaser. If you do not have proof of purchase please Contact Us , stating approximate time of purchase and we will be able to assist you.

    Refunds

    We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps. Please Contact our Sales Team to inform us that you would like to return your goods and your reason for return. We will then issue to you address to return your order.

    If our product is faulty we will offer you a replacement. If you do not accept replacement and return item to us we will assess the nature of the defect and will offer a full refund if defect is our fault providing that product was used for its intended purpose and was not abused and misused.
